Milesi Waterbased Penetrating Finish for Siding, Decks & Fences (XWC5AA1)

XWC5AA1 is an extraordinary waterbased product that can be used on virtually all exterior wood surfaces including decks, siding, fences and more!

This unique product is typically used in a couple of different ways. Its primary use is as a single product that is applied in three coats and acts as a sealer, basecoat and topcoat in one. Unlike many conventional deck and siding stains, its thin film-build is designed to help avoid flaking, chipping or cracking.  The XWC5AA1 is also very easy to apply and maintain.

The second most common use is as a first-coat impregnator under various Milesi exterior coatings. In this application it helps protect the wood from the inside by reducing the possibility of mold, mildew, algae and insects. When used in this application, the XWC5AA1 applies very similar to traditional water-based wiping stains but is far superior as it is specifically formulated for exterior use.

The XWC5AA1 is available as a clear but also in a wide array of stain colors that are exclusive to Wood finishes Plus –  including many popular Minwax and ProLux (formerly Sikkens) stain colors.
